The Ultimate Child-Friendly Halloween Movie Marathon

It may only be September but Halloween is slowly approaching, so this year (just like the supermarkets) I’m getting in early and have developed what I think is the ultimate Halloween movie marathon!

The first half of this post will be completely child friendly (because I’m still a 6-year-old on the inside) while the second half will involve slightly scarier films for a horror beginner or teen/young adult.

all the films on my list I have previously watched and don’t think are too scary at all (of course this varies for different people so please don’t hold me to it!)

For someone who grew up in a christian household and didn’t celebrate Halloween until I went to university (my first pumpkin carving was magical.) This year I’m going full-out and planning starts now!

P.S – Historically, early christians would use Halloween as a day of celebrating the passing and lives of dead priests (therefore, if it was good enough for them it is good enough for me)
